Returns & Refunds

At Melt Your Day Away, every piece is thoughtfully created and carefully inspected before leaving our studio in Callan, Co. Kilkenny. If your purchase is not entirely to your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days to

Once approved, full return instructions will be provided.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. We will assess the matter and resolve it efficiently.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product (once approved) and placing a new order separately to avoid delay.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
