Shipping Policy

Melt Your Day Away

At Melt Your Day Away, we carefully hand-pack every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented. Please read our shipping information below before placing your order.


📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • During busy periods (launches, sales, Christmas, etc.), processing times may extend slightly.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


🇮🇪 Ireland Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via DPD / An Post.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Tracking information will be provided where available.


🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Ireland.

  • International delivery times vary depending on destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or additional charges applied by their country.

  • These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

  • We are unable to mark parcels as gifts or alter declared values.

Please note: Customs fees are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.


📦 Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Parcels returned due to address errors

If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


🕯 Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your products. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Please email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

  • We will assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible


🚫 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier. While we will always assist where possible:

  • We are not responsible for courier delays.

  • Lost parcel investigations must be completed by the courier before a replacement or refund can be issued.


❄ Weather & Seasonal Disclaimer

As our products contain natural soy wax, extreme temperatures may affect them in transit. We are not responsible for minor cosmetic changes caused by heat or cold, as these do not impact performance.
